Reasons/basis

This notification relates to a Decision to bring Disciplinary Proceedings before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal.  This is an independent Tribunal which will reach its own decision after considering all the evidence, including any evidence put forward by the Solicitor. The Tribunal has certified that there is a case to answer in respect of allegations which are or include that she:-

Between approximately 1 September 2021 and 3 February 2022, acted as, and/or held herself out to be a solicitor and/or undertook reserved legal activities, in circumstances where she was not authorised by the SRA to do so and in breach of conditions on her practice at the time;

Between January 2022 and October 2025, provided misleading information to the SRA during the course of its investigation;

Between approximately November 2019 and January 2022, caused or allowed misleading information to be published on the Facebook page for AMPM Group Ltd, a body not authorised by the SRA, about the services offered by that company;

On or around November 2021, she caused or allowed misleading information to be published on her personal Facebook account about her status as a solicitor.

The allegations are subject to a Hearing before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and are as yet unproven.
