HRA assessor appointed

We have appointed the University of Law as the sole provider of the criminal and civil Higher Rights of Audience assessments. We expect assessments to start under this model from October 2025.

From autumn 2025, only the Universoty of Law will be allowed to deliver assessments, although others are free to offer training. We will consult in early 2025 on changes to our regulations to enable this change.
