- Provide a false narrative in support of an asylum claim within the United Kingdom; and/or
- Enter into a marriage, in the absence of a genuine relationship, for the purpose of regulating his immigration status within the United Kingdom.
The allegations are subject to a Hearing before the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and are as yet unproven.
