Warning: Documents and email correspondence from a 'Vincent Raud' at 'Liberty Law'

An email and documents purporting to be from an individual at 'Liberty Law' called Vincent Raud and a supposed 'Chargeback Application' misusing the name of a genuine solicitor.
What is the scam?
The SRA have seen emails and documents purporting to be from a Vincent Raud in the 'Investigation Department' at 'Liberty Law'. These were sent to a member of the public and are in relation to assisting the individual in retrieving lost cryptocurrency funds. The emails seen by the SRA are signed off by a 'Vincent Raud' and are from the email address 'vincentraud@liberty-law.org'. The email also includes the phone number + 31 (623) 673 165 and the website address 'https://liberty-law.org'. The email misuses the head office address of a genuine firm of solicitors (see below).
One of the documents seen by the SRA is named 'Chargeback Application' and includes the name of 'Vincent Raud', the phone number + 44 7448 645 858 and the email address 'info@liberty-law.org'. This document also misuses the name and a fraudulent signature of a genuine solicitor who is authorised and regulated by the SRA, Majid Mahmood who works at the genuine firm Liberty Law Solicitors Ltd (see details of genuine solicitor below).
Another document seen by the SRA named 'Guarantee Agreement' has been sent from Vincent Raud's email address. This has been signed by Vincent Raud at the section entitled 'Attorney Signature'.
A further document seen by the SRA has also been sent from Vincent Raud's email address and contains a letter purporting be from the Financial Conduct Authority. The letter claims that all company accounts under the member of the public's name are temporarily frozen.
The SRA does not authorise or regulate a firm of solicitors by the name 'Liberty Law'.
The SRA also does not authorise or regulate a solicitor by the name Vincent Raud.
Any business or transactions through 'Liberty Law', Vincent Raud, the above website or the above contact details is not undertaken by a solicitor or firm of solicitors authorised and regulated by the SRA.
Is there a genuine firm or person?
The SRA authorises and regulates a genuine firm of solicitors called Liberty Law Solicitors Ltd. The firms head office address is 43 Windmill Road, Luton, LU1 3XL, England. Its genuine contact email address is 'info@libertylawsolicitors.co.uk'. The contact number for the firm is 01582 853 783 and the firm's website address is 'www.libertylawsolicitors.co.uk'.
The SRA also authorises and regulates a genuine solicitor called Majid Mahmood, whose SRA ID is 348347. The genuine Majid Mahmood is employed by the genuine firm of solicitors Liberty Law Solicitors Ltd (see above).
The genuine firm of solicitors Liberty Law Solicitors Ltd and the genuine Majid Mahmood have confirmed that they do not have any connection to the email, document, website or contact details referred to in the above alert.
What should I do?
When a firm's or individual's identity has been copied exactly (or cloned), due diligence is necessary. If you receive correspondence claiming to be from the above firm(s) or individual(s), or information of a similar nature to that described, you should conduct your own due diligence by checking the authenticity of the correspondence by contacting the law firm directly by reliable and established means. You can contact the SRA to find out if individuals or firms are regulated and authorised by the SRA and verify an individual's or firm's practising details. Other verification methods, such as checking public records (e.g. telephone directories and company records) may be required in other circumstances.
